In 2026, returning to Freelance after 9 years at leading Law firm Freshfields as their Creative Supervisor. Loving the opportunity to design a wider range of materials again take full responsibility of projects from start to completion. 


Recent accomplishments include:
- Providing branding advice and assets for Ctrl ai including Exhibition materials, PowerPoint templates and brand guidelines for the team. Liaising closely with the CMO to deliver requirements for digital and Print, ensuring accurate technical specifications for all purposes. 
-  Playing a major role in the full rebrand of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to Freshfields, leading the creative team in the production of over 50 templates covering internal comms, marketing and social media using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 while overseeing the continual fast-paced updates around the availability and use of collateral to both document specialists and the wider firm.
- Strategic planning of multiple projects across practice areas within Freshfields including: a highly acclaimed report 'A legal framework for impact' prepared in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme; Student and Tutor brochures for the Freshfields Stephen Lawrence Foundation.

Previous roles include:

Award-winning creative agency Dewe Rogerson (Citigate):
Working with journalists on internal communications for well-known brands. I progressed from Artworker to Production manager.

The Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service:
I created designs for banners, vehicle wraps, annual reports, flyers, full campaigns and wall artwork, working closely with the comms team to analyse impact of the designs and content.

The Health and Safety Executive: 

As copywriter/editor/designer I worked on multi-channel campaigns and one-off projects. I managed design conversion of HSE’s full catalogue for online within a tight deadline to exacting specifications. I also provided photography for HSE's internal magazine Express.

Park Group in Birkenhead: Working on their Christmas savings products was a great insight into the FMCG market.

Cavendish Nuclear: Cavendish Fluor consortium. I was part of a team designing a £multi-million bid to decommission 12 nuclear sites. I created templates to streamline the process, managed other designers and produced infographics, organograms, charts and layouts. Cavendish Fluor won the contract.

Specific skills include:
- Leading and mentoring a global design team.
- Overseeing production and testing of templates in MS365 and Adobe to streamline processes and create efficiencies. 
- Collaborating with designers, copywriters, account managers, bid authors, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- Scheduling, budgets, press-pass, sign-off and post-production evaluation, ensuring consistent quality in print and digital.
- Elevating multi-channel collateral within brand guidelines and house style.

- Editorial skills: I consistently simplify language for better understanding by users. I have successfully: worked on technical copy; shaped brand guidelines/editorial house style; and written and edited marketing materials.

Additional information:
While freelance I was consistently offered repeat business from my clients, some used me for the same project five years in a row. All have said that they would highly recommend my work. In full-time employment, I am regularly promoted to the next level. At Freshfields, I was promoted twice within a year and gained 'Outstanding' level in my latest review.
My work has won awards and commendations (eg a stand for the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, the HSE Catalogue, Freshfields Global Centre Annual Award) and I have been recognised for bringing work in ahead of time and under budget.
